- 3.1.4. in order to fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations e.g. crime prevention and compliance with health and safety obligations, pest, disease and hygiene control;

- 3.1.5.2. selected Brand Partners/suppliers to provide you with information about/market their Products which may be of interest to you and,

5. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- 5.1. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data information and records are treated securely and in accordance with the Act and GDPR, including:
- 5.1.1. using SSL certificates;
- 5.1.2. storing your data and information in a private cloud and on secure servers which are located and hosted in the United Kingdom.
PLEASE NOTE Due to the global nature of our business, we may transfer data (including your personal data) outside the UK and EEA to support the general good function of the business and we will obtain your consent to do this. Your personal data will be treated securely and in accordance with the Act and GDPR and this personal data will not be shared outside our business and our trusted [brand partners and] suppliers, such as (DHL, Sage, Creative Sponge and Regional Distributors).
