Marc’s background
Marc Wilson has been with Anpario since 2010 and was appointed Group Finance Director in 2021. He has played a key role in supporting the Group’s long-term growth and managing the increasing complexity of its global operations. Marc has been closely involved in M&A strategy and integration, including the Bio-Vet acquisition, as well as significant capital initiatives such as the 2023 Tender Offer. He also supported the business through a multi-year period of restructuring and cost management during challenging market conditions. Marc has extensive experience in foreign exchange risk management, capital allocation and strategic financial planning.
