The Company was notified on 26th May 2015 by the following Director of the Company of the exercise of 21,739 options at a cost of 169.74 pence per ordinary share of 23 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Share”) and the exercise of 21,739 options at a cost of 115 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company was also notified on 26th May 2015 by the following Director of the Company of the sale of 43,478 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 356.12 pence per Ordinary Share.
