Privacy Notice – Customers & Suppliers

Anpario PLC only collects basic personal data about customers and suppliers that does not include any special types of information. This includes name, address, contact details and company information.

Anpario PLC needs to store and process some items of information relating to its customers & suppliers in order to, for example:

  • Ensure that effective communications may occur when necessary
  • To provide goods and services in relation to contractual obligations
  • To make payments for goods received
  • Run credit checks for credit decisions, fraud prevention and pursue debtors
  • Send information about Anpario’s products and services by post email or telephone
    • We will only send you marketing information if you opt in on the New Customer form
    • You can opt out of receiving this at any time by contacting

All the data we hold is stored in the UK and processed by Anpario staff.  No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless we are required by law to provide information to relevant authorities.

We are required under UK tax law to keep your business data for a minimum of 6 years after the contract has ended, after this time it is destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us you no longer wish to receive this information.

Subjects may have a right to be advised of details of the data relating to them held either on computer or in certain systematised manual files. To pursue such a request, Contact Anpario on the above details. The request may take up to 30 days to be collected and sent.
