OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
 

To take full ownership of all specified key accounts of responsibility including sales, operations and profitability.

To develop, build and implement a strategic plan that drives organic growth through key accounts portfolio.

Optimise new, as well as existing, distribution channels.

Maximize the potential of Vietnam and effectively manage all respective accounts.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION – TASK RELATED
  • Promote and support the Company’s trading activities in Vietnam (“the Territories”) through Anpario Vietnam and its authorized distributors who also act in its own name and for its own account.
  • Market and sell the Company’s product portfolio using the established brands on a commercial and technical basis.
  • Manage the Company’s customers and product portfolio in the Territories, including establishing relations directly with distributors and end users in the Territories and establishing an appropriate sales and distribution network.
  • Maximize the potential of the Company by establishing sales and profitability in the Territories as soon as possible, and subsequently growing the business profitably.
  • Assist Anpario UK registration team in gaining the necessary product regulatory approvals.
  • Establish sales objectives by Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting key accounts contribution for sales and gross profit.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing local sales action plans and delivering value to our customers.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping up to date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Ability to view “the big picture” whilst at the same time maintaining the detail and vice versa.
  • Respond to Customer needs and requirements with appropriate solution.
  • Oversee entire sales process, (including registrations, logistics, invoicing, payments etc.)
  • Establish and analyze the local Market and Customer segmentation, identify and develop new accounts and maximize ROI through focused targeting and realizing local potential.
  • Share knowledge across markets and teams.
  • Contributes to team effort by working closely with trading brand partners and other team members to exceed targets.
  • Translate Strategic Planning into Operational Excellence.
  • Set sales objectives, monitor, appraise and agree future actions including developing regular planned visits.
  • Ensure Distributors and their staff are fully trained and competent in selling our products.
  • Maintain proactive and continuous communications, driving targeted focus and effectiveness to achieve key objectives.
  • Personally manage and develop your top key accounts in the country to achieve new business targets, standardization of selling prices and retention of business across key accounts.
  • Set sales objectives, monitor, appraise and agree future actions including developing regular planned visits to your key accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers with key accounts for sustained growth.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Degree (preferably Animal Husbandry, Aquaculture or Veterinary)
  • Basic spoken and written Vietnamese and English
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong in selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing key accounts
  • Willingness to travel regularly and extensively within Vietnam
  • Experience in selling functional animal feed additives
  • Good relationships with key decision makers of the top 10 feedmills in Vietnam
  • Team player and able to work with regional Anpario team
  • Strategic and operational balanced
  • Excellent time management skills, organization and planning of travel to maximize visits and the ability to work on own initiative
