Job Title: Trainee Registrations Coordinator

Reports to: Global Technical Director


To prepare and coordinate the documentation required to facilitate the regulatory submissions for Anpario Products in the company’s overseas market and to monitor the status of the registrations.


  • To understand, compile and prepare technically sound documentation for product and or species technical managers and assemble the requirements into a regulatory submission package.
  • To apply for product certificates as necessary from relevant authorities
  • To arrange document legislation as required
  • To arrange for the regulatory documents to be sent to the local country agents/distributors via courier and/or electronically
  • Creation of product labelling for submissions
  • Liaise with the labelling coordinator to finalise / create product labels to be used in the submission of documentation
  • To file copies of the submission documents electronically and to update all tracking documents detailing progress of the submission
  • Resolve documentation queries which will be of a technical nature in a timely manner.
  • To monitor registrations with regards to their expiry dates and to notify the relevant managers when local regulations or changes in local regulations may impact mainstream products.
  • To liaise with local Country Agents /Distributors and Regional Managers to obtain up to date requirements for registration renewals
  • Good working knowledge of English
  • GCSE English and Mathematics as a basic requirement
  • Knowledge of science preferred
  • Second language would be an advantage but not essential
  • Problem solving approach
  • Basic numeracy essential
  • Good interpersonal skills, proven ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • IT: must be competent user of Microsoft packages
  • Must have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good communication skills: verbal, written and spoken

  • To be able to wok proactively on individual projects and also within a wider team
