Anpario’s technologies are sold in over 80 countries through established sales and distribution networks, which includes a number of wholly owned subsidiaries in key markets around the world. We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – Europe. This is intended as an employed role although interest from self-employed consultants would be considered with the scope of the role being subject to agreement.
Department: Sales (Italy and/or Poland)
Site: Working from home and extensive travel with the need to stay away from home for business purposes.
Working Hours: 37.5 per week.
Reports to: Commercial Director Europe.
Responsible for: N/A
A member of the European Sales Team to develop, manage customer relationships to achieve sales objectives within the allocated territory. Primary focus initially on Italy and or Poland.
  • Record and report back to European Commercial Manager on the development prospects and sales within the region.
  • Ability to generate and manage new business.
  • Participate and develop strategies for increasing sales in the designated region.
  • Working within a set budget and able to meet or exceed set targets.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and carry out all consequential follow up of sales leads and prospects covid compliant.
  • Effective management of key accounts within allocated territory.
  • Responsibility for a designated region in the European Sales Region, Italy and Poland initially
  • Science or Business Degree.
  • Full driving license.
  • Fluent English speaker, other languages desirable.
  • Strong commercial experience with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong understanding of the feed business structure across Europe.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated whilst working alone.
  • A flare for creativity and for thinking outside the box.
  • Ability to prioritize your own workload.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in developing customer relationships, handling technical benefits and implementing sales campaigns to collaborate and achieve sales.
  • Self-motivated and confident with a natural flair to influence people.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A proven connector in your daily life (personal connections, social media, etc.).
