Marketing & Events Executive

  • Manage the implementation of the Group’s Corporate Marketing Strategy.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining agreed marketing projects and campaigns utilising available resources to the best effect.
  • Manage brand guidelines and the branding of existing and new products.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and oversee all marketing activity, PR, advertising, social, events and promotional activities.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships and cross functional team relationships with sales and support departments.
  • Develop and manage a dynamic marketing strategy to meet the needs of the group, utilising the marketing team resource to best effect.
  • Develop and manage campaign materials and assets to promote Anpario flagship products and sales initiatives, through relevant sales channels, across different regions, species, and product categories.
  • Working across the full marketing mix enable the creation and proofing of marketing assets for Corporate and E-Commerce including brochures, presentations, datasheets, trial summaries, magazine/website adverts, email campaigns, social media posts, functional and promotional videos, website content and campaign landing page development.
  • Manage the creation of all artwork, in line with design and brand guidelines, including traditional, digital, and online assets.
  • Working with the Sales and Technical team members, manage the production of annual media planner based on relevant advertising and editorial opportunities. Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media channels.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategy supporting both B2B and B2C customer types.
  • Work with the Technical team members to produce and guarantee technical accuracy technical content of collateral, social media content, editorial and advertisements.
  • Manage collateral and content including translations, document controlling, and upload to the company asset management platform.
  • Manage website and social media accounts.
  • Manage internal communications in terms of internal newsletter and sharing of market intelligence.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
  • Work closely with Sales and Technical to support current and potential customers.
  • Manage agencies/external stakeholders essential to marketing functions.
  • Manage co-ordination of group events, seminars, exhibitions, conferences etc. 

    Group Management

    Attend strategy meetings and contribute to the strategic Sales, Technical and Marketing plans.

    Be involved in the overall group decision making and planning.

    Working alongside Regional Managers, be responsible for the global Marketing budget.

  • Qualified to degree level.
  • Further Marketing Qualifications or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Experience writing copy, developing marketing messaging desirable.
  • Experience working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop desirable.
  • Experience using website CMS an advantage.
  • Any work experience related to the agricultural livestock industry an advantage.
  • Experience managing social media management systems and platforms essential.
  • Excellent organisation skills and team player.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good cultural sensitivity and ability to work in different time zones.
