JOB INFORMATION

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
This role will work directly with the Commercial, Finance and Business Development Directors, and with the wider Sales, Marketing, IT teams at Anpario to support and manage the ongoing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales across its global sales channels.

The role will involve leading the successful execution and delivery of CRM projects for Anpario plc with our Microsoft partner, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the business to deliver the comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives which have been scoped.

On-going management of the CRM system will be acting as primary contact and working with Sales, Finance and Marketing teams to develop and maintain our core target market data, deliver day-to-day CRM support, scope and roll-out additional features/integrations, generate reports, and analyse data.  Working with users and providing support and training as needed, troubleshooting; and where applicable to deliver simple, supportable, and upgradable solutions are developed and deployed.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION – TASK RELATED
CRM database management

  • Maintain and develop the integrity of Anpario’s CRM system
  • Ongoing regular data maintenance
  • Analyse data issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Ensure all data is kept secure and legally compliant
  • Manage set up and deactivation of users
  • Keep up to date with changes from Microsoft and implement new features where applicable

 

Data selection, campaigns and reporting

  • Monitor data quality, duplicate checking, data migrations and data integration, coaching end-users on improving their data quality where necessary
  • Fulfil internal requests for data queries, mailing selections and analysis
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards from the CRM system utilising Power BI, adding additional data sources where necessary, e.g. ERP system data, Excel spreadsheets etc.
  • Create new reports to support marketing and BD activity

 

Support & training

  • Develop training materials and deliver training to Anpario users, either one-to-one or in group sessions
  • Emphasis on best practices and develop confidence across the teams using the product
  • Work with managers and sales teams to keep up to date with any changes and new functions

 

Development

  • Support the sales, marketing and BD team with ongoing projects to integrate other tools into the CRM system
  • Developing best practice for CRM use across the business and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyse and automate processes within the CRM, utilising Power Automate to build custom flows
  • Work with sales, marketing, BD and finance teams to support ongoing development of the database functionality, usability and reporting
  • Participate in additional ad hoc projects relating to systems integration

 

Roles and Relationships

  • Develop a close working relationship with the Microsoft CRM partner
  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, IT and Finance lead in the delivery of all aspects of the role
  • Support sales team use and development of the CRM system
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with different levels of technical and non-technical literature. They will be able to adapt to different approaches and methodologies to support the need of the business and the size and scale of the project.  They will have ambition and drive to succeed, and ability to take the initiative are essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of managing a CRM product is essential
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales module is desirable
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Automate is desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
