Issue of Equity

The Company announces that two applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of 600,000 and 576,718 ordinary shares of 23 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). Both applications relate to the Anpario plc Employees’ JSOP.

It is expected that admission of these new Ordinary Shares will become effective on 20^th March 2015. These new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
